WELCOME to my website........
I'm going to be completely honest with you right from the start.... I'm not very good at this website technology stuff and the thought of having to get on here everyday to reach out to my customers scares the hell out of me...
I'm more a face to face kinda person and have been doing quite well that way for the last - hmmm lets just say a long long time...
So lets see the purpose of the website is meant to be so you can have a look at what I offer without having to make some kind of contact via phone or visit - I am guessing?? So I will try to give you a bit of an idea as to what I do as easy as possible without boring the zzzzzzzz's out of you.
They say you only have 8 seconds before you lose a website customer - uh-oh that means you aren't even reading this anymore :) so I guess it doesn't matter what I say from here then..haha. Well lets see what do I offer...
At the moment I am setting up my own training venue and office so I can conduct my very successful "weight for life" program.. this will be the first thing I kick off for the year. (more about that later).
Secondly I will continue to see my current clients and hopefully quite a few new ones now that I have somewhere to see them.. When I say clients I mean people who enjoy coming to talk with me about their stuff - whatever that might be. Sometimes people come and talk to me purely because I listen. Seems as though not many people listen out there anymore in the big wide world so its nice to have someone listen to your stuff so you can just get it out in the open without judgement and criticism being passed on you for what you say.
What sort of stuff I hear you ask???
It might be relationship stuff, work stuff, decision making stuff, parenting stuff, and of course the big one that I have a lot of people come to me about is the 'losing weight stuff'.... You see really they all have many similarities and usually the most common thread here are people's habits. Doing the same thing over and over hoping for different results...
It's really hard to break that cycle.
I know because I have been stuck in many cycles myself and reached out for everything - both legal and illegal to try and ease the pain of it but guess what - none of that works it just numbs it until it rears up again and off you go cycling away around and around until you feel dizzy and depressed.
Some cycles might sound like choosing the same people in relationships (no matter how destructive they seem), or having the same arguments with friends or family members, or ending up in the same career choices as the last ten years, or having the same binge eating moments every week or drinking or smoking or .......
I think you get the message.
Anyway I have found after speaking and working with a variety of people from all walks of life that no matter what your situation, career, income or educational level we all generally beat to the same drum and as much as we are all very different and unique - we all want someone to listen to our stuff and re-assure us that it will all work out one day. Or at least that the day will come you can look back and smile upon the lessons life threw at you..
